Alex Bailey is our candidate for the Corby West October by-election

Alex has been reporting the potholes, overflowing bins, fly-tipped sofas and broken drains across Corby West. He backed the knife bin now coming to Corby town centre due to the Corby Liberal Democrats, is pushing for regular trains north from Corby, and is campaigning to bring back the town's free fireworks display.

Railway win for Corby

Its ridiculous that there are no regular train services North from Corby. Corby Liberal Democrats are campaigning to change that. Corby Town Council recently supported a Lib Dem proposal for improved train services North from Corby. Alex said “This can only be good for Corby people, good for our town and good for jobs in our area.”

Knife Bin in Corby!

Corby was the only major town in North Northamptonshire without a Knife Bin. Corby Town Council backed a Liberal Democrat proposal to install a Knife Bin so knives can be safely disposed of . The bin is due to be installed very soon in Corby Town Centre.

Backing Corby Fireworks

Alex is backing the campaign to re-instate Corby's much loved free fireworks and bonfire display. Alex commented “I can't believe that Reform have scrapped our firework display. Lets work together to bring it back!”
