About Joe

Joe represents the Hayden Central ward on Rushden Town Council. Elected in a by-election in June 2022, Joe is the only Liberal Democrat on Rushden Town Council. He studies Electronic Engineering at University, and is involved in the Young Liberals. Currently, he is Co-Chair of English Young Liberals.
